Hi Hamjatta!
Consider this an apology for misrepresenting your position if you did not take the following positions during our debate. This is just for the record.
1. If you did not say that the central plank of PDOIS' economic program is going to emulate the Bakau gardens.
2. If you did not attribute the above as a statement to PDOIS.
3. If you did not provide two different "central planks" of the PDOIS economic agenda which are not the same.
4. If you did not say that PDOIS' co-ops are going to be centred around the urban areas.
5. If you did not say that diseconomies of scale would arise due to the replication of the same gardens throughout the country without knowing if PDOIS is talking about different produce in the different co-ops in the various parts of the country.
6. If you did not make statements that relate to the structure and implementation of PDOIS co-operatives without knowing the form such structures and implementation will take.
7. If you did not take stands against the implementation of co-ops by a PDOIS government.
8. I'll stop here before the list gets too long.
As stated above, if these views are not yours, please accept my apologies for misrepresenting your views and I thank you for taking the time to debate with me. I wish you the best and just wish to reiterate that I think you are one of the most talented Gambians in this forum and in The Gambia for that matter. Keep on the path of self-development. Have a good day.
Buharry.
