Many thanks for your interesting comments. I will, however, have to indulge
your patience and ask to be given until tomorrow evening to respond
appropriately to your questions. I'm extremely busy as it is and will also
need some reference material from my laptop, which, as it happens, is beyond
my reach at this stage. I think it will be fair to say that i should be able
to respond by the weekend. I hope you understand.
