Manneh and Dampha, in the USA Presidential Election, the Florida debacle
became a test case for students and journalist. My question is, who has
rights or privileges to the master list[s] and voting precinct's receipts?
Perhaps, Opposition Parties, NGO's, and Media Outlets can pursue this
investigative aspect, Uncle Tom Boy, [GRTV} included. Upon its findings of
flaws and or irregularities, recommendations to cover oversights, change, and
or, overhauling the system of registering and voting.
