Mr. Camara,

Thank you for your insight.  Your idea would have been more feasible if the
time constraint we face didn't exist. I was just trying a shortcut to abtain
as many names as possible within a short time frame. I know in the past,
List managers used to post a list of all subscribers of G_L. If list
managers can post this master list on the L, that would work for us. Members
who do not wish to be associated with this petition will be eliminated from
the list before we present it(petition) to the people back home. I see your
points but time constraints is what is dictating our technique.
