<P>Endo, since you wrote that your apology to Yahya is
personal, i shall respect that.&nbsp; However, you
must remember history will judge your words and
actions since you were unfortunate enough to have
occupied public office.&nbsp; Gambians are still at a
lost with some of your pronouncements regarding Yahya
'imbecile' Jammeh and his entourage.&nbsp; We do not
know what is the truth anymore.&nbsp; I for one,
accepted all the stories you told us concerning the
APRC.&nbsp; Now, i really do not know what to

Well Brother Mboge,

This is what puzzles me about Ebou Jallow, having
revealed a lot about the Jammeh regime , he now
decides to apologise to President Jammeh. I for one
feel very much INSULTED, since Ebou Jallow either
regards us as fools by coming here so and ay a lot
about AFPRC or wants Yahya Jammeh to be merciful with
him. Whilst I understand that the month of Ramadan
calls for forgiveness, Ebou's quest for apology should
be forwarded to the Gambian people who desperately
need that the $ 3 millions. Until then I am incline to
say that his apology to President Jammeh is
inappropriate.

Thank you

<DIV></DIV>&gt;Hi Mbogger-Fara,
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Hope you're fasting...! You know how
you Serrers are(LOL)
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Well my comment on Sankara I guess
speaks for itself, yet I think
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;that if one recollects how he came to
power in the first place
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;(through a coup d'etat of course), it
becomes obvious that he trumps
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;the fundamental principle that Mr. Kah
was hassling very hard to
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;explain- that soldiers should not
dapple into politics- and of which
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;I strongly agree with him cause that is
the basic ethos of any
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;civil-military education atleast in the
West. In effect, the Sankara
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;phenomenon contibuted alot to the
romanticization of the
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Soldier-Saviour syndrome in most parts
of Africa- Sierra Leone under
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Capt Strasser with the
Sankara-signature dark "ray bans" is a typical
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;example.
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Now coming to Colin Powell, I do not
exactly understand your
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;questions, but I know that he was only
a captain during the Vietnam
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;War. May be you can help me recollect
precisely...especially that
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>&gt;"economical" thing you mentioned.
