Hi Soffie,
The roles of coaches and managers are separated in bigger clubs, where the
former is limited mainly to tactics on the training ground and the latter
left with more task, eg : team selection, talks, game plan etc.
With him, the buck stops.  Decision making and team discipline can't be
delegated.
Real players and love for the game, well remember the world is in a
capitalist environment.  I admire your nationalist posture but in this case
what works should prevail.
