Gassama:
The speech is not there yet.  But the thing that struck me the most about the
site is the incredible number of pictures there as opposed to more
substantive reading materials which could help in giving one a general idea
of the inititiatives the governemnt is taking in various areas of governance.


I look forward to reading the speech which was described as a "wonderful and
merocratic"  one.
