List Mgrs,
  I know you people got your hands full but someone need to warn Gassa for
using such a graphic word ("arsehole"). I think if this issue is not
addressed appropriately, others will have very good reasons for accusing
you list managers of favoritism , and rightly so about your double
standards. How would I be treated if every sentence I wrote here start with
such a derogatory word? Get my drift? I thank you you very much.
