Sir,
I would be out of office for a month and would not be able to access my
mailbox on a regular basis. Given the frequency of exchanges and the
capacity of my mailbox before it reaches capacity, I would want to
un-subscribe for this period to ensure that other official mails are not
blocked when my mailbox is full.

I very much appreciate your service and would request for readmission as a
member as soon as I return to office.
