Kb,
I read your posting on Dr Touray ragarding his impression back home but i
will not concur with your analysis.  It will not be difficult for someone
who has been away for that long to notice the changes and how they impact on
people.  I guess he went with an open mind and base on this, he form his
impression.  Giving credit where  credit is due does not tantamount to
bowing pressure.
