One of my comrades in New York just informed me of Jamila's Mum returning to
join our ancestors after a long bout of illness. May her strength, knowledge,
wisdom be passed on to you, Jamila, to continue your worthwhile and untiring
efforts in advocating for Africans, especially Gambians, in these United
States of America. May the almighty, God, grant her eternal peace.
