Dear Badou ( " Chune Jobe " ) & Oko,
Both of you are my very well respected brothers, and I would not like to see
you engaging in this kind of debate on the G-L. You people have worked and
did many things together in the past, and people are aware of many things
that you need not explain on the G-L. We all in the musical field should
respect one another and treat one another fairly. We cannot force the people
to support us! It is up to the public to choose the Band / Music they like.
The musical field is just like the sea, where each fisherman goes for
fishing, and catches the only fish one is lucky to catch. If we the
musicians understand it like that, we need no enemity between us. I am
highly appealing to all of you to bury this discussion on the G-L, and
forget it or take it privately between you.
I am sincerely apologizing, if I may have offended any of you. May the
departed souls of all our musicians rest in peace. Aameen!

Kind regards
Elhadj Tapha ( " Bawdor Fye " )

Ps.
Oko, I always remember the day you were waiting for me on the " fail buru
naaka " at Dobson St.
