PRISONERS IN THE GAMBIA,GUINEA PIGS FOR WITCHCRAFT

When the word prison is mentioned in The Gambia people always think about
MILE TWO,JESHWANG AND JANJANGBUREY PRISONS! Under Yahya Jammeh prisoners
are less than slaves! He transports,beats,uses  them as he wishes.Remember
that we told you here ealier on that Yahya and David Colley's(the chief
prisons officer) friendship started when Yahya was a junior officer in the
army.Well before he stole power.Yahya used to ask David to help him send
prisoners to his residence at Bakau barracks to chop wood and clean his
back yard.Some washed and ironed his denims.Yahya was at that time not  a
so-called president.How about now? What should we expect from this sad
snake?

What happens behind the prison walls?
New inmates especially political prisoners or accused coupists,face hell
during the early days or months.They are beaten up,shackled and left to
groan in pain without medical care.They never sleep and hear the worst type
of insults one can imagine.Some of the guards come near and say to those
prisoners (who are married) that they "used" their wives every day.Such
remarks are meant to torture them mentally.Mental torture is sometimes
worse than the physical one.Some of them are chained and then hung upside
down for hours.Well if a high blood pressure patient is left in that
position what should we expect? Some are forced to pass urine and stool in
small cells and then forced to clean it on their own.
There are prisoners who are asked to squat on hot gravel for hours with a
bag of sand resting on their palms while the hands are raised up in the
air.Others are forced to hold very very hot food that is directly from a
cooking pot and asked to eat that like monkeys while the guards are
standing by laughing.They enjoy that especially if the prisoner concerned
is a high profile one.For them that means showing the person  they are in
charge!!!!!!!!!
Some cells are jam packed and the mosquitoes left to suck as much innocent
blood as they can!
Gambians do not see this as an exaggeration because there are other
gruesome scenarios that we cannot present here for the sake of decency.
Ask anyone who knows what happens in mile two and they will tell you that!
new inmates(political ones) do not mingle because they undergo the
initiation ceremony.
Some prisoners are castrated,likewise others are electricuted on their
private parts.The NIA does that job in and out of mile two.Some times they
put prisoners in a car booth drive you to the outskirts of
Banjul,Bundung,Gunjur or whereever they want to and then threaten you with
loaded rifles.They ask those affected to dig their own graves! While being
lashed.Such things happen in the bush not in jail.The state guard picks up
their prey and then tell the prison warrders to keep quiet.Usually Alhaji
Martin,Musa Jammeh,Pierre Mendy and team do the severe tortures.Some UDP
supporters still remember their ordeal and they know who beat them up.Well
Pierre Mendy stammers so it is easy to detect him even whereas he masks his
face like a ninja.
Alhaji Martin is another wicked soul.These people appear nice in the open
but never pray to see them torturing others.
There are prisoners who are forced to eat and drink.HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF
HUNGER STRIKE IN OUR JAILS? Ask yourselves why?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yahya's marabouts give him charms that they load in syringes and then his
killers inject it on those political prisoner's food.The intension is to
make them become tender and docile therefore pose no threat to Mansa
Yahya.Yahya Jammeh!!!!!!!!!! Power worths all that for you brother men?!!!
Well your day will come and that day is near.Yahya himself masks his face
and goes to the prisons to see those he considers his worst enemies.He
enjoys seeing them suffer to death.Gambians Yahya Jammeh is a very very
wicked person and God knows that we are not painting him this way for no
reason.
There is a prisoner who had a tooth ache but was not allowed to see a
doctor because they wanted that pain to be his extra hard punnishment.He
stayed with that pain and the tooth ache subsided on its own!!!!!!!!!!!!
This prisoner is an asylee in England.
We will not write what others went through because this piece may make some
of us weep at home.We have seen some people here saying that why listen to
people who saw these crimes and they did not stop them? What is more naive
and wicked than a commentary like that?! Some members of OPTV were
prisoners brothers and sisters!!! Yes we were there and received the lashes
and insults.
The sad news could not have spread, if some prisoners did  not end their
terms and then finally narate thier ordeals outside!!! So should we say
that narating these things means one was watching and should have stopped
it? How about if the person suffered the pain directly?
Does that mean one has to be quiet and then be called a sober critic? Some
of us are very short sighted when it comes to understanding the reality.It
pains me a lot when I see real stories being considered nothing but
personal attcacks! This is why Yahya is drinking our blood like a vampire.I
wish we could hire Wesley Snipe and his blade then?!
Some prisoners, believe me are used as Guineapigs for witch craft.We all
know that some cults or "dark" traditions encourage the belief that! human
parts can help someone gain power!!! This happens in Benin,Nigeria etc
etc.We even know a capital city with a market where human parts are sold(
somewhere in West Africa).In The Gambia Yahya is always in a hurry to know
that some prisoner died.Guess what happens if the person was a soldier and
then killed( November 11).Ask yourselves this question..Did relatives of
november 11 victims receieve their dead? Not at all! Why did Ebou Colley
write about the graves at depot etc etc?
We all know that Yahya sent Abdoulie Kujabi to bury bags of salt at all
four corners of Bakau military barracks because his marabouts advised that
could calm rebel soldiers down! This did not work out for people like me
and those who were executed summarily that night.
The same spiritual means are used in every prison.Yahya uses any method to
maintain himself in power.That is why the amnesty international never likes
Yahya.They know the reality.The red cross are always baffled when they
visit those prisons.The prison officers put sand and some cement near
certain cells when they know that the red cross is coming to pay them a
visti.When in reality behind those doors are those prisoners who have
wounds and have been seriously tortured!!! They do not show those images to
the red cross.That is what Yahya does to our people and then some of us
want those people's relatives, friends etc to see Yahya as a saviour?!!!
Goodness!!! I would suggest that whenever Yahya is over thrown the future
gvt listens to the ordeal of prisoners under Yahya and see?
Why do you think a prisoner would take the risk and yell on a magistrate
telling him that,they are in hell?
Beleive me Yahya Jammeh can never ever escape the wrath of ALLAH! He will
face worse than what Samuel Doe saw and Gambians will see if OPTV is joking.
No person should hesitate removing Yahya's skin live!!! He deserves worse
than that and we will see what history has for him.

OPTV ONCE AGAIN IS STRONGLY WARNING YAHYA JAMMEH AND CRONIES THAT WE  HAVE
ALREADY ACCESSED THE DATABASE / RECORDS OF ALL THE PRISONS.  WE HAVE THE
FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THOSE IN THE PRISONS BE IT POLITICAL OR  OTHER TYPE
OF PRISONERS. AND THAT IF ANYTHING  HAPPEN TO ANY OF THIS PRISONERS YAHYA
AND CRONIES WILL BE HELD ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE.  AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL  AND
MANY OTHER HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANISATIONS   ARE ALREADY IN THE BIG PICTURE.
THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS WARNING FOR YAHYA.
