On behalf of Mr. Alagie Conteh, Mr. Mbambuna Bojang and family, Mr. Lamin Bojang
and family, Mr. Abdoulie Bojang and family, Mrs. Isatou Barrow and family, Mrs. Binta
Conteh and family, and the entire Bojang family of Gunjur, I regret to announce the
death of Mba Penku Bojang of Gunjur.  Mba Penku Bojang died on Thursday, July 8, 2004.

Mba Benku Bojang was the mother of Mr. Alagie Conteh, former head of NAWEC,
Mrs. Binta Conteh, and Mrs Isatou Barrow. She was also the sister of pronounced
islamic scholar, the late Mr. Alhage Ahtab Bojang of Gunjur.

Mba Penku was married to my father's elder brother, the late Mr. Essa Conteh
of Faraba Banta, Kombo East.  May her soul rest in perfect peace.

Allah gives and Allah takes; only He alone knows why?
