A Unique Scholarship for Doctoral Students
Whose Research Transcends the Disciplines
The Scholarship covers Ph.D. study in any of 19 disciplines at Claremont
Graduate University
Full tuition plus $20,000 annual stipend
THE CANDIDATES:
. Will have performed at the highest levels with their academic major
. Will have carried out innovative research that cuts across the disciplines
. Will have or expect to have a bachelor's or master's degree from a U.S.
college or university
Claremont National Scholars should be prepared to begin their full-time
doctoral studies in the fall of 2006
Applications are due by December 16, 2005
Winners will be notified on February 24, 2006
Winners' decisions are due on April 15, 2006
You can download the application and other forms below, available in Adobe
Portable Document Format (PDF) for your convenience. When mailing your
application to the Admissions Office, please mail all additional/supporting
documents together in one large envelope, including your sealed nomination
and reference/recommendation forms. Please note: the $55 application fee
will be waived for all Claremont National Scholars Candidates.
