Sister Sofiie,
I see math as mental gymnastics. Like gymnastics, one has to train and
practice hard to be proficient. More often world class, olympic
gymnasts find their strength and fame through what some of see as
self-centered, no-nonesense, sometimes obsessed parents. Who would not
take no from their child for an answer. While such parents may leave the
tutoring to some expert coach, they are often at the drivers seat going
from one event to another or whining about the kid not performing to
expectation. You be one of those parents you have will have some math
genius.
