When I read the headline to your posting, I thought that you guys were again in a state of denial  and I thoughtyou could be referring to this :

 A lot of black men suffer from a certain kind of diabetes in later life. I know a few. Diabetes and prostrate cancer. 

It’s reasonable that Gambians are first in the healing queue and I’d like to know in which order other African’s may benefit by the diabetes cure. Do they have to fly over to the Gambia, or can they get the medication by air?
