I wondered the same Haruna. They have at least admitted he is dead, unlike the tens of cases of Gambian citizens who died in custody. They have to account for him or else the Dutch authorities will be in their tails. Go figure.

Yet another glimpse into understanding the tyranny we live in. Fast Edu could have easily said "I can assure you with certainty the Dutch citizen is somewhere..." No pun intended.
