Halifa,
You have resorted to this Pangloss turn upside down tactic now that you
have to answer all my questions, refute my assertions and debunk my
postulates, and demanding what my alternatives would be to what you have
done. This is a fair question. It has not escaped my attention that it would
amount to being arm chair and sheer hypocrisy if I do not come up with
credible alternatives after flaying your actions and positions during the
transition. Perhaps, you are in too much of a hurry. Patience, my good
friend. You will get my solutions. But first answer the questions that I have
placed before then we can move on with what will be a credible alternative
from my end.
I have noticed that you yet to provide the relevant provisions that will
refute my assertions of the pervasive nature of the Indemnity Clause that
nullifies the Coroners Act should Koro's family resort to the due process of
the law. I'm waiting for your refutations as I'm sure members are.
Good Morning.
Hamjatta Kanteh
