Bakary,

I agree with you totally. It's very hypocritical to say the least for people
like Yaya Jammeh (dubbed the "Angry President" by the BBC this past Summer,)
to be ranting about the evil of Colonialism/West when they continue to
terrorize their own people. Look at the way he's treating the editors and
reporters of the Independent newspaper -even as I write this. Or Shingle
Nyassi's revelations that he's been denied a passport for years now. The
list goes on.

But the bottom line is, we can turn a new leaf - if Yaya Jammeh has the
interest of the Gambia at heart. Let's see how he hits this ball.
