Mr. Marong and All,

Yes, one needs to keep certain matters of state secret. But it seem to me that the initial failure here is the issue of who are entrusted with those secrets. Anyone unaware of Mr. Essa Sey's past could possibly see anything "ambassadorial" in his acreage of postings here.

Anyway, I guess you all need to know that Mr. Essa Sey signed off Gambia-l immediately after Mr. Ebou Jallow's first posting yesterday. Of course he may still be registered under some other nom-de-guerre.
