During the course of Secretary General Annan's visit,
the comments that Annan made in his interview with the
Press has mounted pressure on YAYA JAMMEH. And he has
promised Annan that justice will prevail. In so doing,
he called an unscheduled meeting with his two top
commanders: COL. JATTA AND BADJIE. Sources told me
that at this meeting, YAYA has done what he is good at
doing:SHIFTING BLAME on to the two very Officers whom
he gave orders to shoot and kill the innocent student
demonstrators. He told JATTA in particular that
he(Jatta) gave him wrong advice that it was not only
the students demonstrating, but also LAWYER DARBO
supporters were also amongst the demonstrators.

Even if LAWYER DARBO supporters were the sole
organizers of this demonstration, the fundamental
question is that would that also warrant the President
to order his moron commanders to open fire and kill
his opponents. Besides, LAWYER DARBO supporters are
not enemies per se, they are just only his opponents,
since LAWYER DARBO is only seeking office. In either
way, that was an unhumane act to do. That's why the
entire country should rise against this MANSA of
KANINLAI.
