Hi OB:

Is the refurbishment of the State House so bad that Gambia should be exempted
from the debt relief? I just want your opinion on that. I think even ordinary
people do refurbish their homes. But let's wait for the debt relief first
before wasting our energy on how it should be utilized. This is just a
thought, no bad feeling.
