Hi there I will add to the list of names:

Ngor (Serere )

Jogoy (Serere)

Mayekor (Serere)

Coumba (used by different ethnic groups; and means creativity in Swahili)

Jojo (wolof)

Nyanya (wolof)

Botor ( Fanafana )

Nogay (Wolof)

Houdja (wolof).

But,
I think that we've borrowed lot of names from the Arabs but we've add some
cultural originality by making them sound more Gambian or Senegalese (i.e
Seynabou meaning Zeynab ; Baboucar meaning Aboubakr and so on.
