Folks,

I must admit that even though, I take most of the talks and words of African
presidents with a grain of salt, Matre Wade is thinking big about the
development/progress of Senegal in particular, and Africa in general. His
views on/about the development and harnishing of agriculture and human
resource are laudable. In addition, his government's proposed curtailing of
the World Bank/IMF and other Bretton Woods Institutions' roles is a step in
the right direction. I wish him good luck in this drive, hard as it may be.

God bless Africa.

OB Silla.
