Soffie, thanks for adding your voice.  A real life person went through this
and is a member of this very Mighty Post, but I would rather protect his
privacy.  I too was baffled that this could happen, when I got the call.  I
hope we do not revisit this again, but like I said earlier, my cards are
close to my chest.
Please continue the good work.
