SUCH A PERSON IS SOME WHERE IN THE COUNTRY OR OUTSIDE ITS BORDERS,THIS IS
THE PERSON FOR THE HIGHEST OFFICE OF THE LAND.HOWEVER , WE MUST BE PREPARED
