To Whom It May Concern

We are duty bound to inform all those concern that we are the subject of
Cyber War fare. Attempts are being made to utilise FOROYAA and my name to
transmit virus every where. I do not have any personal e-mail address. We
are doing our best to deal with the situation. Suggestions will be
appreciated. The developments provide lessons on how to handle all
situations. We have lot of information to transmit. We will do so in due
course. In the mean time each one should take care and put adequate
safeguards against contamination.
