Thanks Malanding for your prompt response:

"Perhaps I may add that it was the management's own initiative and not
Pa's request to suspend the suspect account pending verification."

I seek to prompt for similar management initiative be taken to protect Pa
Nderry Mbai's privacy pending (1)either Ebou Jallow proving beyond
reasonable doubt that he is not compromising Mbai's email account or
(2)Mbai confirming to all that Ebou has legitimate and explicit authority
to forward his(Mbai's) messages to the list.

Messages are being forwarded from the same suspect(and
protected)account(s)through Ebou Jallow's email account(s)as we speak.
Does management have to wait for the Pa Nderry to complaint to protect his
privacy?

There appears to be two different thresholds set for management action on
the same issue. This needs to be revisited for the sake of the integrity
of this respected list.

Sis Jabu, thanks for your added perspective. I'm about to scratch my head
too. Have a great night.
