You asked a very controversial and hot question on the African Presidents. I think gift to a Nation is for the people and not thier president.

I am not brave to face such controversial topics deeper. I recommend you pose your question to the rising super fighter Bubacarr Sankanu, the jounralsit, producer, lawyer and Sarahuleh intellectual who is not afraid of burning questions.

I think His debate on Freedom Newspaper with that Micehal Scales on the sample of Predient Jammeh as Presient-king goes in the same direction like your quetion.
