Amnesty International, USA is planning a demonstration at the Gambian embassy in DC on Thursday, July 29th, 2010 at 4PM.  This is conjunction with the "Gambia Day of Action" on July 22 that took place all over the globe.

Gambians interested in the affairs of the nation need to make all efforts to attend this demonstration to show that we care about what is going on in the country.  All are encouraged to try to make time for this important event.  We, the Gambians,  need to take the lead in such actions to show the international community that we are aware and not happy with the situation in Gambia.
