Mr. Ceesay,

It is rather unfortunate that you feel this way and I would hope that you
would re-examine your position when you are in a more charitable mood.

Proceedings under the Immigration & Nationality Act (INA) and the stautory
scheme that is the INA, are administrative in nature and not criminal. While
certain egregious violations of the INA are punishable criminally, most
violations of the statute do not carry criminal consequences. Simply staying
beyond the period granted after inspection and entry, happily, falls in the
later category.

If your position is that all violators of this country's immigration laws are
criminals, then your position is just simply wrong.
