Joe Sambou & Dr Saine,

I suggest that the funds be offered to a United Opposition because that is
the only way to unseat the APRC. However, if the same chaos and fationeering
as happended last time ensues, then there is no point in providing asistance.
I think all the opposition parties have ot be willing to form one coalition (
here we go again) in order to accomplish anything, and they have to do it
without any kind of game playing as happened the last time, otherwise all of
this will just be another futile effort.
