Thanks for the forward.  Hopefully this goes a long way towards making the
debacle in S Florida a thing of the past.  Given there were other reported
irregularities, such as blacks being prevented from casting ballots (or would
entering be more appropriate now), but the misleading punch cards were the
main culprits here.

I also hope those responsible for election issues back home find better and
more error prone ways for us to vote.  As it stands now, the marble in the
ballot box method is simply too antiquated and prone to tampering.
