Yes Jaiteh, let's move on. Even though you still have not shown how what I
said hurt the defense, that is okay. Suffice for me to say though that when
I saw Ebrima's statements, rather than silence, I thought he was inviting
people with wherewithal to poke some holes in the 'government's side' and
seek to somehow bring out the defense's side. Clearly, we saw the statements
from different angles. I accept your explanation in good faith and
understand why you still do not believe in the authenticity of these
Statements. But frankly, I am still struggling to understand how our
discussions negatively impact the defense, particularly the issue of
'element of surprise' at trial.

Feel free to continue this discourse in private if you want. And please do
not misinterpret my silence if you do not hear from me on G_L about this
topic.
