The Palmer family, Njie, Gibbs, Forster and the rest of the extended regret to announce the death of our dear
mother Mrs Rachel Palmer. She played a major role in our independence been the only woman delegate to the
independence talks held in England. She was a devoted nurse and a caring mother with a high sense of
responsibility and her love for mankind. The programme on network by Veronic Edwards entitle like mother
like daughter > gave us an impression of the type of women she is and how she brough up her well mannered
and cultured children. She will be missed by her family and all those who knew her. Our sincere condolence to
Dr .Palmer, our dear sister and colleague Fumi Sarr , Ayo and the rest of the family. May her soul rest in
perfect peace.

Chi Jamm.
