As part of mobilizing funds to support President Jammeh's crusade in
providing cure to Aids, Asthma and diabetes, the private and public sectors
in The Gambia would this Sunday engage each other in a football gala at the
Serekunda West mini-stadium.The competition, organized by National
Inter-departmental Sports Association, would feature two teams of males and
females from both the public and private sectors.

The male team of the private sector would be coached by President Jammeh to
be assisted by Vice President Isatou Njie-Saidy. The Speaker of the National
Assembly, FJC, would be at hand to ensure the victory of the female side of
the private sector.

Mrs. Fatou Mbergan of Banjul Breweries would be at the helm of the female
side of the private sector. The organizers of the matches are currently
