Comrades:

I regret to announce the death of my sister, Mariama
Conteh of Bakau.  Mariama, the daughter of my late
uncle Fa Foday Conteh died last week when part of a
building fell on her at Bakau Faroto.  In another
sad news, Mariama's sister, Aji Adama Conteh of
Dippa Kunda lost her husband within a two day period.

As we consolidate our strategies in fighting for decency
for our country, it is tough for those of us in the
struggle to lose love ones, especially at a time when we
cannot go home.  Though, this is difficult from face
value, we must understand that we cannot compromise our
principles for prolonging the dictator's tenure in
The Gambia.
