Dear Tombong and Associates:

We are really thrilled with your challenge of
engaging us in substantive debates about the
current and past issues in The Gambia. Please
answer the following questions, and elaborate
in detailed why dictator jammeh is not the
worst thing that ever happened to The Gambia?

1. Why has The Gambian Dalasi devalued over 50%
since the overthrow of a democratic government
in The Gambia?
2. Why did dictator jammeh single-handedly
pass degree 89 that bans former ministers
and politicians of Sir Dawda's government
from participating in electoral process?
Explain why Buba Baldeh's politicking is
not a violation of degree 89? And did
dictator jammeh have constitutional power
to pass such a bad law?
3. Why has it taken so long in the inquiring of
the murder of Mr. Koro Ceesay?
4. What is the status of the coroner's findings
on the slaughter of innocent Gambian students
that was authorized by dictator yahya jemus?
5. Why are exiled opponents of the dictatorship
and some members of the L listed as enemies
and their names listed at the airport in The
Gambia?
6. What constitutional power does dictator
jammeh have in firing Gambian civil servants
without any justification?
7. Where did dictator jammeh get the funds to
build a fortified mansion in kaninlai and the
purchase of a plane when an average Gambian
cannot afford two square meals a day?
8. Will dictator jammeh be able to electrify the
entire country by April 30, 2001?
9. Why is the Gambian economy so bad that prices
of commodities have increased almost 100%?
10.Justify why you think the government of The
Gambia is not dictatorial?

Naphiyo,

Comarade Muhammad Lamine Jassey-Conteh
