But sister Jabou, even if you happen to have some
money and buy any piece of land, large or small; what
happens to that piece/parcel of land in say 50, or 100
or even 150 years. Presumably if the laws of
inheritance still hold, your children, grand or great
grand children could be the ones claiming title the
said piece/parcel of land.

Sister, do you see the point, what right of claim
would such nth generation have to that piece/parcel of
land, except that its been passed on to them by great
grand mum Jabou. Whether you buy or you farm, or may
be even win it in battle, societies from time
immemorial have established recognised sets procedures
for claiming title to the most natural, but yet the
most controversial of proprietary rights. The justice
of it, well thats something else!

By and large, I think you have all been honourable in
this debate. The real mischieve maker is that Mr
Nyang. Without preamble, provocation, or even
pre-explaintion, he arrogantly accuses the poor folks
of Brufut of petitioning against Taf because he is
wollof.

What Mr Nyang fails to mention, is that he expects to
benefit from the carve up of the Kombos for TDA
reasons, from his so called " dynamic Leader", the
notorious minister of tourism.  Plain and simply
dishonest, coming under such a guise.
