Arms,

I try to stay away from using the word stupid to best describe people who
are corrupt. I strongly believe that people who are corrupt are usually
smart and intelligent. However, it is important to know that even smart
people could be ignorant.

In addition, I did not mean to say that corruption is not a major problem
in Gambia, infact it is a problem everywhere including the great USA, it is
only my view that ignorance is more of the problem than corruption.
