When she told me they were used to the lack of power, I assumed she was
talking about the frequent interruptions, not a total black-out.  Helas!
The electrification promise? - peeing at our feet and telling us that it's
raining.

True Soffie but I was told that this one is a total black out for a week
now.
Just wondered if that was true. No water is a major disaster especially if
buying bottled water is the only way to have water to drink.
