Thank you Astrid,
I can not tell you the number of times I have started to write something to
this effect but have decided not to say something.  I am so happy you did.

I came here to learn, not wade through the muck.  Some of these emails are
downright ugly in nature.  Can we come up with some sort of an agreement,
not to turn the mailings into personal attacks?  Is there already some
guidelines in place that I am not aware of and how are they inforced?
