Mr. Baldeh, and in the spirit of proper communication I encourage my friends
and fellow Ellenites who are part of the Posten community, to forward my
response there. I thank you in advance.

forgive me for the tarry. I had exhausted my quota yesterday for Ellen
(Gambia-l) yesterday that is why I was not able to respond to this decoy of a
message.

Before I treat it for you and Gainako, I have some anxiety to dispense with.
to wit:

1.You had been at pains to share with us that you are oblivious to your
crimes against Haruna and The GDP, yet you continue to "grope in the dark" to
identify your own crimes. One reason your criminal intent manifests is that this
note of yours here that I respond to, you had forgotten to change the title
from Yero's title of it that alleges Haruna to be a tribal bigot, and a
pathetic liar to a more appropriate title say: What could Demba have done to
Haruna. I am confident that was just mere oversight on your part. Secondarily, you
then proceeded to copy the note to Posten (Gambia-Post) perhaps again in
error but you forgot to ammend the title more appropriately. I would appreciate
it if you could share with us whether you were indeed in error in that or did
you have other intent in't. This is very significant because it was done on
the heels of our friends here and elsewhere urging a cessation of my
refutation of Yero's allegations against me.
You see I happen to believe that Yero is just part of a bottom-feeder
eschelon and that the grander plan issues from you and some others. I will tell you
later how I came to that conclusion. First things first. Please share with
us if it were mere oversight devoid of sinister plan.

2. I am not sure how you identified your and Gainako's crimes as PLAGIARISM.
Would you share with our friends here and elsewhere, whether you recognize
Haruna identifying your crimes as PLAGIARISM and if that was apparent in any
culprit note from Haruna, do not forget to share that as material evidence.
This so my friends here and I will not onerously malign you.

I will yield here for now until we hear form you. I do not engage in
debates. As I shared with Saihou Mballow last night when he placed a friendly call
to me, I am of the opinion you may not debate anyone online. Debates are meant
for classrooms, boardrooms, and video-conferences. I understand you may not
appreciate this idea yet, suffice it to say Haruna does not do debates online.

Later my friend. Haruna. MQJGDT. Darbo. Al Mu'Umin.

Folks, as I promised everyone here that I was moving on on this issue, there
is need to respond NOT on the personal attacks but on the issue of
Plagiarism
which I take pretty seriously. It is important to put everything into
perspective so everyone know what Haruna may have a beef with.

In my capacity as the PRO of the GPU-USA I was assigned to draft a press
release prior to August 18th when Fatou's case was due for ruling. I drafted
the press release and on consultation with GPU executive, we agreed to
release the Press Release to the Media when Magistrate Jawo decides on the
case.

Fatou was convicted on August 18, and the GPU press release was revised to
meet the circumstances of the ruling. On August 19, there was a phone
conference conducted by STGDP chaired by Musa Jeng. During that conference
it was agreed that STGDP work with GPU USA to set up a committee to raise
funds for Fatou. I was among those selected to represent the GPU USA on this
committee.

On August 20, the GPU USA press release was released and published by all
Gambian online newspapers. See links below for the publication of the GPU
USA press release.

It was on that assignment and in my role as a GPU representative that I
started to spread the message to many online blogs and forums including the
GambiaL, GambiaPost, Gambia.dk/bantaba etc. Experts of that press release
was what I forwarded to forums. I provided a link to Gainako for readers to
access the press release. I happened to be an associate editor of Gainako
and therefore was more comfortable giving out that link.

On posting to the GambiaL, I happened to accidentally replied to Haruna's
posting which was coincidentally related to his efforts to raise funds for
Fatou. I should have sent a separate email to the list instead of replying
to Haruna's email with a similar topic.

THIS IS THE BEEF I THINK ON THIS TOPIC.

The question now is, given the origin of our press release, my postings to
the forums and the fact that GPU USA press release was written prior
to any fundraising efforts by anybody, where is the Plagiarism that is being
allege here? What material that belongs to Haruna was used? Does an idea of
raising funds for sister Fatou belongs to anyone?

Please see my initial postings to GambiaL at the bottom of this trade.
Thanks for reading...

Demba
