10,000 man solidairty march for jammeh? Oh what a drama! isn`t it folks? These games are not new to people like us who knows Jammeh`s tricks, after a fox round up of innocent folks, he has resorted to a cheap way out. Sending the wrong signals abroad that Gambians like him and that this was a real coup attempt and not a state-managed set-up to get rid of those involved.
The APRC under the tyranic leadership of jammeh know that they are losing popularity at a very fast rate both withinn and abroad, as we have seen the murder of innocent citizens including a minister of finance, attempted murder of certain individuals and set of people of whoim Ousman Sillah is no exception, and other savage attacks on other agencies including the media. The fashion in which these were carried out were such that makes the magority of sober-minded beings that these were infact state sponsored and managed.
We know that the Ass-hole knows pretty well that he`s on the verge of packing out of state house and from there guess what? To maybe The war crimes tribunal to meet his coward friend, mr Taylor for allegations of arms trafficking and blood diamond dealing.
But this is a bloody cheap way out, after traiting his fellows including his "professor" Dibba who mortgaged his NCP Party for D 10,000, what a pity! This is just a lesson for him to learn from.
And by the way does anyone has info how much these 10,000 "SOLIDARITY MARCHERS" are being paid for their generous services? I know the ass hole is busy milking the coffers twice as much to fulfill his course.
But whatever the case, the English saying has it said "99 days for the thief 1 day for the master" Jammeh and his "TALUBEHS" will and must be brought to justice. Unless they sail to hell before that.

10,000-man solidarity march for Jammeh Written by Chief Ebrima B Manneh Monday, 10 April 2006 Tens of thousands of Gambians are already warming up for a solidarity march slated for this Saturday to show their allegiance to President Yahya AJJ Jammeh in the wake of the March 21 abortive coup.
The march will start at Radio Syd on the outskirts of Banjul and proceed peacefully through Independence Drive right up to the 22 July Square, where President Jammeh is expected to address the marchers.

Speaking to the Daily Observer last Friday, Mr Yankuba Touray, the Secretary of State for Agriculture and APRC national mobilizer, said the 10,000 man solidarity march will not only show that Gambians are against the March 21 abortive coup, but it will also establish the fact that The Gambia is a mature democracy that other African countries can emulate.

He therefore called on all peace-loving Gambians and non- Gambians alike to fully participate in this noble solidarity, irrespective of political affiliations. He added that the event will be characterised by singing and cultural displays.

According to him, it is important that Gambians express their diapproval of any forceful regime change, as both the African Union and the Ecowas consider it an anathema.
