Jabou, thanks for your concern.  I got wind about this case last night and I
only spoke to one person thus far, Max.  I understand from Max that Abdoulie
Swareh flew to Kentucky from D.C. to meet the families/community and I
presume what Max communicated to me was the arrangement/agreement they
arrived at.  Yes, anything is possible, however, I don't know how they
arrived at those numbers.  I will keep you'll posted as I receive more
information.
