pakaramo,
your questions are very important at this
juncture, but according to the constitutional scholars
here in new York,President Clinton cannot claim over
time,he is required by the 20th Amendment of the
constitution to leave office by noon january 20.
 Secondly,there cannot be co-presidents and
co-vice-presidents but under the presidential
succession Act of 1947,the speaker of the house,in
this case Dennis hastert would be first in line to
become acting president. If he is not willing, the next
No.2 in line would be the president pro tempore of the
new senate-which could be Strom Thurmond.
If not,the next No.3 would be followed by secretary of
State Madelene Albright, who cannot serve because she
was born in Czech republic.
If not the next No.4 on line will be the treasury
secretary-Larry Summers.
Saihou
