Please, answer the following questions:

- Have you read my memorandum to the Constitutional Review Commission?

- Have you read parts 1 to 12 of our review of the draft constitution prior
to the referendum?

For your information, I am not particular about the publication of your
list. It is interesting, however, that you are perpetuating what you
referred as the Hobbesian state of fear by using the NIA as a scare crow.
However, you are not afraid to make your views known. Are you implying that
the rest are a spineless bunch and you are the leviathan, who is brave
enough to be their spokesperson?

I hope your friends will learn this basic and elementary lesson that unless
one is immune to inducement or intimidation, one cannot hope to be a mature
and dignified member of a sovereign people.
