Well Hamjatta and others you managed again to reveal these people for what
they are. The content of Tombong's (aka Pap Cheyassin Secka) denials are
fishy to say the least and the timing also sucks. We are waiting for Pap
Cheyassin Secka himself to come here and address the numerous issues raised
in this forum about him and his office and the government he supports. We do
not need Tombong to come here and give us silly reasons for why Secka did
not write that piece. It is laughable that his smoking gun is the fact that
Secka addressed Ebrima Ceesay as 'Ebrima' and not 'Mr. Ceesay'. What
nonsense is that. I will trust Ebrima Ceesay any day as opposed to Secka
because we were there in the aftermath of the 1981 coup when he cowardly
denied any involvement in the coup. After the 1994 coup the same Secka came
out and took full responsibility of the happenings of 1981. So this is not a
man that sticks to his word. He thought he could hoodwink us by giving
Ebrima Ceesay that flimsy explanation and when he was dissected and revealed
for what he is, he send minister of 'misinformation' (stolen from Solomon)
to come here and perpetrate another fraud.
I hope when Secka comes here, he can enlighten us on the coroner's report,
the commission of inquiry and his promise to appoint an independent
prosecutor.
I also want to inform people following the debate on the commission that I
have decided to heed Mr. Halifa Sallah's suggestion and respond to him
privately instead of coming to the List. I believe that is a better way for
us to reach our common goal of making sure that the families get a swift and
fair dispensation of justice.
