Kachikali,

I know the Bajo family well, infact, I know Clerk and Aki Bajo. It is indeed
a shame that such a thing should happen. Ido not support us selling off our
choice land to foreigners at all, and under these circumstances, it is even
worse. I hope the family can regain control of this land.

<< Ms Joh,
much of the land in question is land belonging to the Bajo Kunda family of
Gunjur (includes Momodou Clerk Bajo, Aki Bajo, etc). The land extends to the
bother with Kartong and one of their family members made deals with
foreigners for huge plots of land without the knowledge of the rest. I
understand the legal process is ongoing. If its not the same case, then
excuse me.
